About WebP files
WebP is an image format from Google that makes files smaller than JPEG or PNG at similar quality. Many websites serve images as WebP, so saved images often end up in this format.
All current browsers display WebP, and Open Online adds zoom, metadata and a way to save rotated copies.
What you can do here

Limitations
- Saving a rotated or flipped copy re-encodes the image and drops its EXIF data.

Why can’t my photo app open WebP files?
